- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I worked at Omni denture, hired the same day of the job interview. Working there I was humiliated and yelled at in front of patients on regular bases. She always said my staff is in training, to blame us for her unfinished work. Constant drama is regular there, patients wait over 40+ minutes to be seen. I've been yelled at by patients because how this women runs her business. She will make you feel uneducated and stupid. she made all her staff cry at least once. working there i got to know this business inside out, this women is after your money, especially if you have private insurance she will bend backward to make u happy for cheap quality dentures that she does not even make. Lana treated me so bad, to the point where i could not handle it anymore. To keep hearing each staff member quit for the same reasons as i did, its heartbreaking. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently went to Omni Denture in hopes of getting my smile back and I had an amazing experience at this practice. Dr. Lana is the most hardworking, gentle, compassionate and personable medical professional I have ever met. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She makes sure you are at ease and that all procedures are comfortable and quick. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous and the clinic itself is absolutely beautiful! So clean, well maintained and top notch. My dentures came out great and I am happy to say I don't have to be ashamed to smile anymore. This was a very positive experience and I wish there were more dental professionals that had as much integrity and skill as Dr. Lana. I highly recommend this practice!March 08, 2017by Helen W.
