- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a knee replacement, performed by Brent Thiel. The actual surgery seemed to be fine but, Dr. Thiel's bedside manner was unacceptable. He was condescending and rude. As I have gone to my follow up appointments the same manner of rudeness has continued. When I have told him of the problems I am having with my knee his answer was "who's fault is that?" I would like to be heard and given a respectful response. Dr. Thiel is very arrogant.September 29, 2017by Connie isaacson
