- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my daughter here, the doctor was great and he was quick but when it came time to order her glasses the staff rushed us. We were told it would take up to 3weeks to receive the glasses. I called at 2weeks and they told me because of my insurance it would take longer and that they would call me, that it could take 6 weeks. I called agian at 4 weeks to check because my daughter kept telling me she needed them. Turns out the frames where discontinued and no one called us to inform us, I only found out because I called twice. More than a month later my daughter is waiting for her glasses that she needs. I am very displeased with how they handled this situation. They didn't follow up on her frames and who knows how long we would be waiting if I hadn't called.
