  DON'T GO HERE. I have never written a bad review anywhere before, but I had to for this because Susan Oldenkamp is awful. I went in today for severe eczema on my hands. I have been treated previously by Minor and James (who are FANTASTIC, go there if you can) but there was a misunderstanding with my insurance and I thought they didn't cover me anymore. Anyway, she came in, didn't ask how I was, didn't greet me. She asked why I was there, when she should have already known that. I basically gave her my eczema history, which I've had for 8 years, have had multiple steroid creams and ointments prescribed which have barely worked, and how I had seen a doctor at Minor and James and was given a steroid injection which worked AMAZINGLY. Cleared my eczema in 3 days when it hasn't been clear in 5 years. Basically, she refused to give me another injection, saying that no dermatologist SHE knew (apparently she's somehow the authority on dermatologists) would give anyone a steroid injection for eczema. She said she would request my medical records to see (does she not believe me? Lol) So I pretty much left with nothing more than I could get from my primary doctor, and I left pissed off and insulted that I was treated like a liar. I will NOT be going back, and I hope no one else goes here either.
